An opportunity to be at the frontline of the business and take charge of sales, distribution & marketing efforts of the Company and increase the Customer and Distributor base and execute the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for all our Real Estate products and services of the Company, using its Prop Tech platform and otherwise.
Key Deliverables
- Supporting business planning and executing strategic sales.
- Identifying and appointing Chanel Partners.
- Identifying and on boarding HNIs and present our various products and services.
- Communicating & engaging with Client and Channel Partners and addressing their long term and immediate service needs.
- Strengthen the distribution and sales network to the maximum possible extent through online and offline connects.
- Understand the market demographics and drive sales strategy according to customer segments.
- Initiate active relationship management through continuous and effective engagement with distributors, IFA ( Independent Financial Advisors )and Real Estate channel partners and their Relationship Managers.
- Increase value for Partners i.e. Distributors through systematic marketing and merchandising activities.
Skills and Experience required
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset to be able to be part of the CoreTeam.
- 2 - 5 yrs (or more) of experience in HNI Sales, Channel sales, B2C Sales, Distributor handling, Online sales.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Microsoft Excel skills.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduates/ Post Graduates / MBA in Real Estate
- Preferably Engineers ( Civil Engineer)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
