Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller

Job Overview:
Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our real estate offerings.

  • Utilize scripts and talking points to effectively communicate the value proposition of our properties.
  • Qualification:

  • Engage with prospects to understand their real estate needs and assess their level of interest.

  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass on qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.
  • Information Dissemination:

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about the available properties, pricing, and other relevant details.

  • Address queries and concerns of potential clients, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule appointments for prospective clients to visit properties or speak with the sales team for more in-depth discussions.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to the sales process.
  • Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

  • Regularly update client information, preferences, and feedback.
  • Targets and Reporting:

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the number of calls made and qualified leads generated.

  • Provide regular reports on call performance and lead conversion metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant, persuasive telephone manner.
  • Ability to navigate objections and turn them into opportunities.
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology and market trends is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
