Role: Avaloq Business Analyst

Requirements:
Technical Skills & Experience

• 8-12 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Experience working with business requirements through to system level functional specifications (Must have)
• Experience in financial domain - Wealth Management (Must have) with experience working on cross asset projects
• Domain Expertise in core business processes and products in the Wealth Management portfolio
• Good knowledge in at least 4 to 5 of the business domains - Portfolio Management, Equity, Fixed Income, Funds, FX, MM, Alternative Investments, Derivatives and Structured Products.
• Experienced in Wealth Core banking systems - Avaloq (preferred) / T24 / Others.
• Working knowledge of Avaloq object modelling
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements specification, plan & design solutions, support project estimates and provide planning input regarding solution engineering and development.
• Review and validate business requirements on Core banking platform as well as any impact to upstream or downstream systems within short timelines
• Supports the design and conceptualisation of new business solution options and articulates identified impacts and risks.
• Identify potential impacts of new change on existing process through analysis and highlight any associated risks/issues.
• Engage with Core Banking System vendor to ratify - solution with respect to business requirement of Change Requests and effort estimate provided for the same.
• Liaising with multiple vendors involving multiple interfacing systems of the Core Banking System
• Participate in the creation of supporting documentation e.g. Terms of Reference
• Support and co-ordinate UAT, defining (and executing) testing requirements together with the QA & Testing Team as well as the business area
• Perform data analysis to support tasks as required
• Providing hands-on, functional post go-live support to users
• Identify risks/issues and escalate to Program Management accordingly.
• Perform required testing for implemented Business Change requests and liaising with different business teams to ensure UAT testing is completed and signed-off.
• Collaborate with different teams in understanding the requirement and finding impact analysis of the business change requests with different departments in the wealth front to back operations and getting the requirements signed-off by the business users

Salary: $8,500.00 - $9,500.00 per month
