  • Develop, implement and improve product quality plan
  • Provide quality engineering documentation
  • Perform quality system audit
  • Support Customer in problem diagnosis to assist in problem prevention, containment and resolution
  • Lead/participate in QIP/EIT
  • Supervise workgroup
  • Develop and/or get effective CA plans for customer on problem prevention / resolution
  • Communication of new system/improvement for team buyoff to implementation
  • Meet department cost & quality objectives
  • Direct interface with Customer and Suppliers on resolving product quality issues with 8D etc.
  • Perform special projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or Science
  • Min 5 years of experience in Engineering preferred
  • PC literacy
  • Ability to facilitate most conflict situations and/or appropriately seek immediate supervisors assistance
  • Functions independently with mínimal supervision and some technical guidance
  • Advanced SPC techniques
  • Analytical problem solving skills
  • Capable of basic print reading and interpretation of specification skills
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively organize and plan
  • Ability to facilitate conflict situations with peers independently Presentation skills
