Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Service

  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Always with big SMILE
  • Provide assistance and information regarding the product
  • Address customers inquires
  • Ensure that the customers are well taken care of during dining experience.

Payment Processing

  • Accurately process credit card and mobile payments
  • Maintain the cash register and ensure it balances at the end of the shift

Ordering Processing

  • Take customer orders, whether retail or food orders
  • Input correctly into the POS system accurately
  • Always verify order details and ensure special request are noted

**Upselling and Cross

  • Selling**
  • Suggest additional items such us add-on or upsize
  • Highlight that Anatta also provide cooking school

Bagging and Packaging

  • Properly package and bag items, ensuring they are secure and well presented
  • Handle food packaging for take away orders, ensuring accuracy and hygiene

Maintaining Cleanliness

  • Keep the cashier station and surrounding area clean and organized at all times
  • Dispose waste and maintain at tidy workplace
  • Always practice good hygiene

Sales Report

  • Prepare shift reports including opening and closing cashier SOP
  • Send sales report accurately
  • Communicate relevant information to shift management team

Handling Peak Period

  • Efficiently handle increased customer during peak period
  • Maintain calm and organized checkout process
  • Maintain the world class customer service

Training and Development

  • Participate in training programs to improve cashier skills and knowledge
  • Stay updated on changes in store policies or procedures
