About the role
Trygg-Hansa is looking for a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) specialist who can strengthen our CRM team within Business Technology SE.
The role's main responsibilities include:
- Development and management of our Dynamics365 CE solutions
- Development within.Net and Javascript/jQuery
- User-friendly configuration of Dynamics365 CE
- Work closely with Developers, Requirement
- and Test specialists and Product Owners to deliver according to the team's prioritized backlog
- Actively participate and contribute to the team's scrum rituals and joint improvement work
The role is located in Malmö or Stockholm. You will report to Head of Bus Tech CL - Customer
Your background and profile
In order for you to feel that you are in the right place, we believe that you have:
- relevant university or college education or equivalent work experience.
- at least 3-5 years of experience within Dynamics 365 CE where development has been part of your everyday life in the form of.Net and TypeScript
- experience with Power Platform (Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate)
- experience of implementing business oriented co pilot solutions or similar AI-supported tools
- experience of CRM implementations in both B2C and B2B markets
- experience in agile system development in complex system landscapes
- experience of working with different types of user groups and needs/requirements
- great communication skills (Fluent in English)
Knowledge in the following areas is a plus:
- SSIS/Kingswaysoft
- GIT
- Azure
- Azure DevOps (CI/CD Pipelines)
- REST API
- Languange: Swedish
