We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power BI Consultant to join our team. As a Power BI Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing data models, developing Power BI reports and dashboards, and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Design and develop Power BI data models, reports, and dashboards to visualize data and provide actionable insights.
  • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI.
  • Optimize and maintain existing Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Provide training and support to users on Power BI functionality and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and technologies.

Qualifications

  • University degree in computer science (or equivalent) with minimum 4 years of experience in IT OR non-university degree with minimum 8 years of experience in IT
  • Data analytics / PowerBI Report creation / DAX
  • SQL Server and Query language
  • Using Tabular models and Data cubes
  • Role/row level security
  • Database views and complex joints
  • Data preparation/modelling/cleansing (preferably in KNIME)
  • MS Power suite experience (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, PowerQuery etc.)
  • Experience from Data & Analytics within Procurement domain is preferred.
  • A team player but can work independently too.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills.
  • Fluency, in English, to at least B2 level according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
