Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop flexible packaging solutions for various industries
- Collaborate with sales team and clients to understand their packaging needs
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements
- Develop and maintain packaging standards and guidelines
- Perform packaging testing and analysis to ensure quality and functionality
- Create prototypes for new packaging designs
- Work closely with production team to ensure successful implementation of packaging designs
- Collaborate with suppliers to source materials and equipment for packaging
- Maintain accurate documentation of packaging designs and processes
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in flexible packaging design and development
- Strong understanding of packaging materials and their properties
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Experience in project management is a plus
