This job posting is for a permanent placement position based in KSA As an OT (Operational Technology) Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity measures for industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, and other critical infrastructure components. Your primary focus will be on safeguarding the operational processes and technologies that control essential functions in various industries, such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, and transportation. Education In-depth knowledge of industrial protocols, standards, and best practices. Certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or other relevant industry certifications are highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging threats in OT cybersecurity. Top Requirements Risk Assessment and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for OT environments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats. Analyze existing cybersecurity measures and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks. Security Architecture and Design: Design and implement security architecture for OT systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and network segmentation. Collaborate with system architects and engineers to integrate cybersecurity measures seamlessly into existing infrastructure. Incident Response and Management: Develop and implement incident response plans specific to OT environments. Provide guidance and support during cybersecurity incidents, ensuring a swift and effective response to minimize operational impact. Security Policy and Compliance: Develop and enforce security policies and procedures tailored to OT environments. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to OT cybersecurity. Security Awareness and Training: Conduct training sessions for OT personnel to enhance their awareness of cybersecurity risks and best practices. Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness and compliance within the organization. Continuous Monitoring and Improvement: Implement continuous monitoring solutions to detect and respond to evolving threats. Regularly assess and update cybersecurity measures to address new vulnerabilities and emerging risks. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT security, to ensure a holistic cybersecurity approach. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on the status of OT cybersecurity initiatives. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of cybersecurity measures, risk assessments, and incident response activities. Generate and present reports to management, highlighting the effectiveness of implemented security measures.
