Responsibilities:
- Influencer Outreach: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential influencers and KOLs who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Relationship Management: Support in managing relationships with influencers, including communication, coordination of campaigns, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
- Content Creation: Assist in the creation of social media content of KOL & In House, including copywriting, designing graphics, and editing photos/videos, to maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence across platforms.
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in coordinating influencer campaigns, including campaign briefs, content approvals, and tracking campaign performance.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media and influencer marketing to contribute ideas and insights to strategy development.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer relations, or a related field (internship experience may be considered).
- Diploma/Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a relevant field.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content creation best practices.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging social media content.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Well spoken, outgoing & friendly personality.
Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
