BUILDING MANAGER

We are looking for an energetic and innovative new team member to join us as Building Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. To manage day - to - day building operation and to lead a team of building and maintenance staffs.

  2. To oversee and responsible for planning, organize, schedule, and supervise team of admin and maintenance to perform daily task efficiently.

  3. To oversee and responsible for smooth operation of the building health & safety, building and maintenance, repair and upgrade services i.e. Security, Cleaning, M&E, Landscape, Pest Control, Swimming Pool and etc.

  4. To liaise with owners, residents and/ or tenants on day - to - day operation matters.

  5. To attend to owners/ residents enquiries, feedback, complaints, and request on building matters.

  6. To prepare notices, letter and compile circular to owners/ residents.

  7. To liaise with contractors, suppliers and external parties on all issues regarding to the building.

  8. To ensure all the ad - hoc and and contractual service providers and contractors perform their duty promptly and properly.

  9. To ensure all the equipment and systems are in compliance with the relevant by - laws.

  10. To ensure compliance of Strata Management Act and Building By - Laws.

  11. To closely monitor the collection and the credit control exercise to maintain a healthy Building Maintenance and Sinking Fund Accounts.

  12. To arrange for AGM/ EGM and committee meetings

  13. To prepare monthly reports and minutes of meeting.

  14. Good oral & written communication both in ENGLISH & Bahasa.

  15. Good communication and report writing skills.

  16. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  17. Knowledge in Strata Act is an advantage.

  18. Possess leadership skills, multitasking and good problem - solving skills.


Working hours:
Monday to Friday (9.00 am - 5.00 pm)

Saturday (9.00 am - 1.00 pm)

Expected salary : RM 4,000.00 - RM 4,500.00 based experienced

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:
