Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to create inspiring 3D and sometimes 2D content for games in our new product, set standards for visual content produced in the company and co-create a culture of customer-oriented, quality-first design work. In short, you need to be talented, skilled and kick ass in 3D.
This position is open ONLY FOR MALAYSIANS (Due to being financed from MDEC).

It’s stationary work but with work-from-home opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Animations: creating high-quality 3D (rarely 2D) assets for Unity games
- Creative Thinking & Contribute ideas: contributing creative & well-thought ideas to add visual value to the games created
- Collaborative Work: working collaboratively with the product development team and sales teams to produce relevant content
- Planning & Visualization: developing content briefs for new games and overall design planning
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies: being up-to-date with the latest emerging design technologies, software and platforms
- Delivering assets as per the production schedule
Qualifications and required skills
- 5+ years’ experience in 3D work (model creation, rigging, animation, etc.)
- Experience in 2D work is a great plus
- Game Asset Creation experience
- Other design skills (UI design, interaction design) would be an advantage
- Creativity, Time Management, and Attention to Detail are an absolute must
- Fluent in English in writing and speaking. Multilingual (Bahasa, Mandarin) is an advantage.
- Basic hand-drawing skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of best practices for game performance optimization
- Passion for gaming and a desire to create memorable player experiences
- Ability to work independently
