Responsibilities :Payroll Processing:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including gathering and verifying timekeeping information, calculating wages, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant payroll tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance with EORs.
- Perform other supporting payroll admin roles as required including expense reimbursements.Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding pay - Manage all contractor pay on a monthly basis.
Benefits Administration:
- Work with the Head of People to administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other additional benefits. - Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries during the onboarding process.Collaborate with benefit providers to ensure smooth administration and resolve issues.Create and prepare required reports, including census, enrollment summaries, and audit files.
Recordkeeping And Compliance: -Maintain, process, and documentations of Payrolls and ensure the accuracy of payroll earnings, deductions, and tax withholding.Update Forecast Breakdown for each quarter (All employees) as and when there are changes/ new hire/ termination.Ensure compliance with global regulations related to payroll and benefits.Assist with internal and external reporting needs as it relates to payroll.Assist with day-to-day administrative office operations, and perform other duties as assigned.
Communication And Employee Support-Communicate payroll and benefits information to employees effectively.Provide assistance and guidance to employees regarding payroll, benefits, and related matters.Work closely with the People team for employee onboarding and offboarding.
Systems And Technology:
- Purchase or coordinate to send company equipment to new hire.Liaise with IT security contractors to ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures. -Implement and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and best practices. -Manage technical aspects of employee onboarding, including account creation, access provisioning, and device setup. - Oversee the process of employee offboarding, ensuring secure account deactivation and device retrieval.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration-Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
- Effective time management to meet payroll deadlines
- Focus on providing excellent service to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries
- Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Experience in working with a global or international setting preferred
- Strong planning, priority setting, multi-tasking, follow-through, and organizational skills with the ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
Salary: RM7,812.17 - RM9,861.09 per month
