- Greeting customers and assisting with seating arrangements
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and serving food and beverages
- Operating cash registers and handling financial transactions
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, dining tables, and seating areas
- Assisting in food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle cash and operate cash registers accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Salary: RM1,600.78 - RM1,800.65 per month
