JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
• Escort patrons to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on specials and promotions.
• Take accurate and timely orders from customers.
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure proper communication.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Monitor and anticipate customer needs, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Assist in preparing and setting up the dining area for service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Skills:

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in the F&B industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
