Job Summary:
The Human Resource will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our solar energy company by managing various HR functions. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Selection:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the solar industry.
  • Coordinate job postings on industry-specific platforms and networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.

  1. Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
  • Foster positive employee relations by promoting open communication and addressing issues proactively.
  • Organize team-building activities and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.

  1. Performance Management:

  • Implement performance appraisal processes tailored to the unique needs of the solar industry, providing constructive feedback and support for professional development.
  • Identify training opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge in renewable energy technologies and practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve organizational goals.

  1. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer competitive compensation and benefits packages designed to attract and retain top talent in the solar industry.
  • Conduct regular reviews of salary structures and benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry standards and market trends.

  1. HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry regulations affecting HR practices in the solar energy sector.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

  1. Human Resource Information System
  2. Manage and maintain *HRIS (InfoTech) *databases and software.
  3. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data, including personnel records, payroll information, and benefits enrollment.
  4. Manage attendance, leaves, public holiday and monthly report.
  5. Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  6. Develop and implement HRIS policies, procedures, and security protocols
  7. Preparing Memo/warning letter and publish in the system.
  8. Provide training and technical support to staff and end-users on HRIS (Infotech) systems and tools.
  9. Stay updated on HR technology trends and best practices to optimize HRIS functionality and efficiency.
  10. Troubleshoot issues and resolve system errors or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR management within the renewable energy or solar industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Calmness is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
