Nature of business: Stationery Wholesaler Company
Location: Segambut, KL
Working Days / Hours: Monday - Friday (9am-6pm)
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree or above, in public relations, communication, journalism, or relevant fields.
Professional experience: At least 1 years related experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.:
Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution ability; relationship establishment and maintenance capabilities.
- The ability to design in Canva or Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
- The ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Ability to build and develop relationships with key individuals within and outside of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for creating and managing marketing collateral
- Effectively communicate with target audiences and take their feedback into consideration when developing collateral
- Help oversee the production of various marketing materials like leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, and e-newsletters as needed
- Ensure that all written content is carefully written, proofread, and maintains consistent brand messaging
- Arrange for the efficient distribution of marketing materials
- Aid in keeping track of inventory for all marketing collateral and actively prepare for the annual exhibition
- Assist in finding advertising opportunities and placing ads in relevant publications depending on the organization and campaign
- Organize and prepare for various events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions
- Stay up to date with updating the company website, online brand store, and product listings
- Engage with consumers on popular social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Support the management of e-store ad placements and ordering processes
- Foster strong relationships with media outlets to ensure effective messaging and positioning of the organization
- Gain in-depth knowledge about the various brands and products managed by the company
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Provide valuable support to enhance the sales and marketing capabilities of the company
- Offer excellent customer service to existing customers.

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
