Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for an Area Manager to join our cafe chain team. This role is perfect for

someone who's passionate about hospitality, loves cafes, and is ready to take charge of

multiple branches. You'll need basic barista skills to maintain quality, along with strong

leadership abilities to keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Make sure all the cafes are up to scratch, following the standards and procedures.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and day-to-day operations to keep things efficient.
• Keep an eye on how each branch is doing and find ways to make improvements.
• Build up the cafe teams, making sure they're trained and motivated.
• Create a positive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and supported.
• Focus on giving the customers the best experience every time they visit.
• Listen to feedback and make changes to keep customers happy and coming back.
• Help us grow by finding new locations and setting up new cafes.
• Use your knowledge of the industry to spot opportunities and plan for success.
• Get involved in opening new branches, from hiring staff to getting the word out.
• Keep an eye on the numbers, making sure we're making a profit.
• Use financial reports to track performance and make smart decisions.
• Come up with pricing strategies and promotions to keep things ticking over nicely.
• Be ready to travel to different branches within your region and potentially to other

states for new ventures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related

field.
- Experience managing multiple locations in the hospitality industry, with basic barista

skills.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate well with others.
• Good with numbers and able to make smart decisions based on data.
