Certification for Corporate (Good to have)
Training and Evaluation
- ACTA/ACLP
- HRD Certified Trainer (TTT)
- Or local equivalent
Must have:
At least 5 years in Project Management with 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for tech or non-tech teams (can be cumulative)
Demonstrable experience facilitating adoption of Scrum within a team or business unit
Experience as a trainer, coach or facilitator in a corporate setting
Strong interpersonal skills and business-level English
Capable of mentoring and coaching professionals and non-professionals in a group or 1-1 setting
Led a team of more than 3 persons in an Agile setting
Project Management experience in traditional project management contexts
Scrum certification for Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance preferred (PSM, PSPO, CSM, CSPO etc)
Nice to have:
Experience in startups or other entrepreneurial projects in SMEs
