This position covers all aspects of the business development function from strategic planning, identifying key opportunities, and execution of company’s long-term strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Keep abreast of product/service updates and communicate them to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales marketing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Diploma and above in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with the local business landscape and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies is a plus.
- Residence within or willingness to relocate to Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.
Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
