Monitor Attendance records and partialy on payroll
- Handling Foreign Workers permit renewal and hostel maintenance, etc
- Handling maintenance of Office supplies, equipment, building, etc
- Monitoring security guard, postage mail, courier services
- Stationary, uniform, safety shoes purchases and stock control
- Provide administration support to the day to day operations of HR & Adm Dept
- Employee welfare arrangement (annual dinner event & occasional, etc)
- Any related tasks assigned by superior
Requirement:
- Min Secondary Education qualification or Diploma
- at least 1 year experience in related filed
- Computer literate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
