Evaluate the effectiveness of the business plan, sales strategy, and public relations strategy in order to analyze and provide necessary recommendations.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • As the Head of the Department oversees the daily operations of the business and set strategic sales & marketing and operational goals for the company.
  • Provide Leadership to all levels of the organization to ensure full alignment of the same as the targets set.
  • In collaboration with HR ensure the implementation of all elements of all HC Management.
  • Direct and establish coordination among various departments concerned with the operation, Sales, and Marketing and drive efficiencies at all levels of the business to ensure maximum performance.
  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities, such as banners, bunting, poster, and other promotional materials.
  • Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
  • Conduct regular coaching, counseling, and assessment for Supervisors and Sales Assistants /Service crews in order to develop frontline staff with good selling and customer service skills.
  • Monitoring and managing the smooth running of daily outlet operations and new openings.
  • To work hand in hand with outlet managers and HODs to achieve the objectives and targets set for sales and profit and control operating expenses.
  • Monitor staff to ensure a high level of customer service and integrity.
  • Willing to travel (all branches)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
