  • Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, systems, tactics and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and/ or other issues
  • Administering benefits, compensation and performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
  • To handle all disciplinary & IR issues/disputes, including investigation, disciplinary action, suspension and termination of employment.
  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing for the Group, maintain accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Other ad hoc human resource and administration task may be added from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess a high level of integrity with good leadership, consultative and negotiation skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
  • Good understanding of related statutory legislation includes Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial Relations
  • Good interpersonal skills and resourceful in problem solving with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiar with KPI setting, monitoring and review
  • Meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • Able to work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
