As an Outlet Supervisor at Udders Ice Cream in Mid Valley Southkey Johor Bahru, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet while delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of product quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of ice cream scoopers and other staff members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Operational Management: Ensure the smooth functioning of the outlet by managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Customer Experience: Uphold Udders Ice Cream's commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience by ensuring that all customers are served promptly, courteously, and with enthusiasm.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and hygiene throughout the outlet, including the serving area, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Training and Development: Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge, and provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance their performance.
• Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in implementing promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase foot traffic to the outlet.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for customers.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations is preferred.

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
