Operation Manager

Position Overview:
As the Operation Manager for our Recycling Industry division, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, establishing strategic partnerships, expanding our market presence, and optimizing our operational processes. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and developing innovative solutions to advance our business in the recycling sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas in the recycling industry.
  • Analyze market data to develop insights and strategies for business expansion.

  1. Business Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Create and execute action plans to penetrate new markets and segments.

  1. Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our recycling solutions to clients.
  • Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability and competitiveness.

  1. Operations Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline recycling processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure operational excellence in the delivery of recycling services.

  1. Reporting and Performance Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and results.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of recycling processes, sustainability, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to travel as required to build relationships and explore new markets.

Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
