- Handling inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other issues related to the company's products
- Resolving customer complaints and providing accurate information to improve customer’s satisfaction
- Working in a team to achieve KPI elements
Requirements:
SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided.:
Required language: English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin communication skills will be an added advantage
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
(FREE shuttle bus service provided from Skudai, Tampoi, Gelang Patah, Taman Universiti, Bukit Indah and Larkin)
