Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions for talent pipeline development.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee relations matters, addressing grievances and conducting investigations when necessary.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.

3. HR Policies and Procedures:

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with Malaysian labor laws and organizational needs.
  • Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to company policies.

4. Performance Management:

  • Manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Work with leadership to identify and address performance issues.

5. Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and assess their effectiveness.
  • Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.

6. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  • Conduct periodic salary reviews and benchmarking.

7. Legal Compliance and Foreign Worker Application:

  • Stay updated on Malaysian labor laws and regulations, especially those related to foreign workers.

8. HR Administration:

  • Oversee HR administrative functions, including maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR systems.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Being a team player, maintaining a positive attitude, demonstrating independence, and possessing strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the HR software of iFlexi and JustLogin are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
