Digital Marketing (Campaign Planner)

Position: Campaign Planner
Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Working Days: Monday - Friday

Salary: RM1,800 + Commission + Performance Metric Grade

Responsibilities:

• Always adhere to the Head of Unit and company’s directives.
• Submit a campaign sets to Campaign Analyst for publication.
• Manage and maintain digital advertising profiles, accounts and pages including making regular checkup, postings and any action that is required to make sure digital assets are ready to use for advertising.
• Report daily, weekly and monthly sum of campaign sets submissions and successful campaign sets deliveries, using the correct format.
• Correctly reported daily, weekly and monthly sum of campaign sets submissions and successful campaign sets deliveries.
• Provide full details for the deliveries of each successful campaign sets, using the correct format.
• Study and analyse compiled successful and failed campaigns. Identify cause and effect backed by data. Provide reasoning (why is it effective or not effective) and action plans (suggestion for improvement).
• Present and share findings for others to utilize.
• Be aware of and report to superiors regarding current and/or new issues and obstacles that may impact workflow or processes that will prevent the section from meeting daily, weekly and/or monthly target, take actions whenever necessary.
• Required to work off-site whenever needed.

Qualifications:

• A degree in any field.
• Good computer skill and familiar with digital advertising technical.
• Attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns according to specifications and deadlines to meet objectives.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with superiors and cross functional teams.
• Proficiency in data entry and reporting.
• Prefer with background experience in handling ads, copywriting, and technical setting for FB and Tiktok.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and emerging advertising technologies.
• Able to work off-site whenever needed.

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
