KG Richardson Ltd (KGR) is a locally owned and family operated business and an established market leader within the Timber, Transport and Commercial Property Industries. The KGR Group has a diverse team of over 450 employees nationwide.
We are currently looking for an ambitious, professional and experienced person to join our busy and productive finance team in the role of Administration Assistant. The successful applicant will gain comprehensive exposure and a thorough understanding of all businesses within the KGR Group.
The responsibilities of this position will include the following:
- Accounts Payable processing for all month end and weekly payments
- Creditor reconciliation and subsequent reporting
- Accounts Receivable processing and reconciliations
- General administration support to the finance team
- Experience in Payroll processing and a knowledge of relevant payroll legislation would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail focused on accuracy
- Confidence in navigating the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience learning new software
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A proactive, supportive team member approach
