electricity distribution network, as well as an advanced fibre optic communications network. Being locally owned and operated

The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Connections Support superstar to join our tight-knit Customer & Commercial
team. The successful applicant will support positive customer engagement across EA Networks. They will ensure that all
customer inquiries and connection management are dealt with professionally, accurately and on a timely basis.

Got what it takes?

  • NCEA Level 2 or equivalent education level.
  • Intermediate range of computer skills specifically within in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ administration experience preferably within a professional environment.
  • Experience with databases would be advantageous.
  • Proven ability to build relationships.
  • Full Class 1 Drivers licence.
