HR Generalist

  • With a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources in Qatar.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in areas such as human risources, human resource management, human resource administration, organizational development or business, or any related field.
  • With Human Resources professional training - preferred.
  • General knowledge of Qatar labour laws and best practices.
  • Experience in Construction Industry
  • Can join immediately.
  • With valid RP, Passport and can provide NOC to transfer

Key Responsibilities, Authorities, and Accountabilities

  1. Employee Relations: Manage and foster positive employee relations by providing guidance and support addressing employee concerns, and facilitating effective communication between staff and management.

  2. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements. Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

  3. Performance Management: Administer performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and collaborate with managers to identify and address performance improvement opportunities.

  4. Training and Development: Facilitate employee development through training initiatives, career path planning, and succession planning to enhance overall organizational capabilities.

  5. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insürance, retirement plans, and other perks. Respond to employee inquiries and ensure effective communication regarding benefits offerings.

  6. Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to assess trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance overall HR effectiveness.

  7. Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator in resolving workplace conflicts and issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

  8. Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels, delivering HR-related information clearly and professionally.

  9. Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic work environment, adapting to changing priorities and contributing to the overall success of the HR function."

Salary: QAR15,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month
