Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through various channels to deliver outstanding service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality service.
  • Collect and document accurate information from customers for analysis and resolution.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics in customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a unified approach to customer service.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to address customer inquiries.
  • Document and report customer feedback to contribute to service improvement.
  • Adhere to Outsource Global's policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
  • Ability to type efficiently to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in either Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo is essential.
  • Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in any field.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service tools and systems.
  • Efficient typing skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
