Our client an award-winning retailer is seeking to recruit a Store Manager for their store in Limerick. This is a highly successful store with a strong and highly driven team.
Our client is looking for a leader, with a creative approach, excellent communication skills, customer service skills and the ability to drive sales and KPI’s to join their team.

Your responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy retail store
- Ability to uphold excellent store standards at all times
- Set out and maintain Health and Safety, HACCP and Food Safety standards,
- Comply to all company procedures and commercial standards like presentation or merchandise, merchandise plan etc
- Exceeding KPI’s and sales, strong understanding of store financials and reports
- Effectively manage and motivate staff
- Always thinking about creative ways to increase store turnover and grow store margins
What is required for this role:
- 3 years+ experience as a Store Manager in a grocery retail store
- A proven track record in driving sales and service
- Result orientated
- Ability to work well under pressure and have ambition for success
- Ability to use own initiative to handle issues in a professional manner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €60,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
