Responsibilities:
As the Checkout Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Checkout Operations: Overseeing daily checkout operations, including cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and customer interactions.
• Team Leadership: Managing and supervising checkout staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Customer Service: Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Cash Handling: Accurately handling cash, processing transactions, and reconciling cash drawers.
• Inventory Management: Assisting in inventory control and product pricing.
• Problem Resolution: Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
