Your responsibilities:
- Generate realistic and consistent Master Production Schedules (MPS)
- Continuously improve quality of the MPS generation
- Lead RCCP work to ensure that MPS is realistic & consistent with resources
- Ensure constant alignment between MPS and SIOP
- Optimise inventory, while balancing risk of shortages
- Track and measure MPS Respect Rate levels
- Coordinate MPS & RCCP meetings with plant operations team
- Cascade and escalate all key information
Our requirements:
- Bachelor or Masters degree (Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing or Engineering)
- 5- to 10-year experience in Supply Chain (planning)
- Good SAP & Excel skills.
- Very good level of English
- Result-driven, proactive & able to work under pressure to resolve crisis
- Leadership & Communication skills to coordinate with several other departments and challenge status-quo to obtain results
- Analytical skills to handle large amount of data and extract clear conclusions.
Optional:
- Experience in other areas of Supply Chain (Shipping, Procurement Planning, etc.) is a plus
