  1. Document Control including:

  • Managing administrative team;
  • Filing documents both electronic and hardcopies;
  • Maintaining a Document Register - Incoming & Outgoing;
  • Manage project facilities including:

  • Internet/ Maintenance of office building, IT equipment, cars, furniture, internet/office telephone;

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with external suppliers and partners (car leasing companies, building management, maintenance contractors or equipment vendors) incl. reviewing contracts and invoices to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service;
  • Making payment requests and managing petty cash;
  • Managing, ordering & distributing stationeries and other office consumables;
  • Administration tasks including:

  • Collecting necessary documents for project invoicing;

  • Booking hotels and arranging visas for expat from other countries;
  • Coordinate with HRM to follow up and handle work permit, resident card of expats;
  • Other duties: Carry out other duties which your line manager may reasonably request within the parameters of your role.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • At least bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
  • Good command of computer skills
  • Ability to start asap after Tet
  • A hardworking, reliable, self-motivated, independent, careful, and team-oriented personality
