Account Admin Officer

Manage office administration and handle all incoming calls and mails.

  • Handle Account Receivable & Account Payable
  • Prepare invoices and Credit Notes.
  • Manage daily transactions, cash book, bank book.
  • Liaise with clients & suppliers on payment matters.
  • Manage employee life cycle, recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, promotion and separation
  • Processing monthly compensation and benefits
  • Petty cash reimbursement for staff expenses
  • General administrative duties, data entries & filing
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting/Finance
  • Min 3 years of accounts and clerical experience in construction and service industry or in related field.
  • Ability to work independently and able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Good team player with positive attitude.
  • High level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Attention to detail and well organized.
  • Good interpersonal & strong customer service communications skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Vietnamese.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 10,000,000₫ - 20,000,000₫ per month
