Job Title:Restaurant Marketing Manager - Arabic Only
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand visibility and drive customer traffic.
- Identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies to reach and resonate with them.
- Oversee the restaurant's digital presence, including the website and social media platforms.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance online visibility, engage customers, and drive online reservations and orders.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and other content creators to produce visually appealing and compelling materials.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.
- Work closely with management to refine and strengthen the restaurant's brand identity.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
- Identify and build relationships with potential marketing partners and influencers.
- Collaborate with the management team to create and implement joint promotions and campaigns with partners.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Track expenses and ROI for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in restaurant marketing or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and industry trends.
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
