Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales revenue, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the real estate sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company while advancing your career in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including property developers, investors, and individual buyers/sellers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients through various channels, including meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to support sales initiatives and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, Experience within the real estate industry would be a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field would also be a plus.
