What we’re looking for
- Experience as an internal communications specialist
- Able to communicate and utilize experience in community-building
- Experience writing and creating visual content that engages and excites
- Be able to educate customers and improve product adoption
- Experience with training/webinar delivery and group facilitation
- Be able to present - written, verbal, one-on-one, group and formal presentations
- Experience working effectively and managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently
- Have 5+ years of experience in a high-performance organization in customer success, sales, enablement or learning/development
- Be able to prioritize customer feedback
