Lettings Property Manager
DUBLIV is looking for a Lettings Manager to lead the charge in our dynamic development in Harolds Cross. If you're passionate about providing exceptional service, driving growth, and shaping the future of urban living, then this opportunity is for you!
In general, the role would involve most aspects of tenancy management. The following tasks are indicative of the role but the list is not exhaustive;
Key Responsibilities:
- Letting of Vacant Units: Be the catalyst for bringing our properties to life by securing new tenants and ensuring a seamless move-in process.
- Tracking Upcoming Available Properties: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and showcasing our available units to potential tenants.
- Production of Inventories and Photographs: Capture the essence of our properties and maintain comprehensive inventories to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Day-to-Day Management of Tenants and Contracts: Foster strong tenant relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Dealing with Conflict Situations: Showcase your confidence and professionalism in resolving conflicts swiftly and effectively.
- Carry Out Property Inspections: Ensure our properties meet the highest standards and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain Regular Contact with Key Clients/Landlords: Build and nurture relationships with our valued clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensuring Compliance: Stay abreast of regulations and uphold compliance with relevant legislation to protect both tenants and landlords.
- Achieving Set KPIs: Drive success by meeting and exceeding key performance indicators, contributing to the growth and success of DUBLIV.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Fundamental Understanding of Residential Tenancies Act 2004: Ensure adherence to legal requirements and protect the rights of both tenants and landlords.
- Minimum of Two Years Relevant Experience: Bring your expertise and insight to the table, making an immediate impact in our fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems: Utilize tools like YARDI to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Engage with tenants, landlords, and colleagues with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
- Excellent IT Proficiency: Navigate various software platforms with ease, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment, embracing change and shifting priorities with a positive attitude.
- Pragmatic Problem-Solving Skills: Approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, finding effective resolutions while upholding high ethical standards.
- Fluency in English: Articulate your ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, fostering effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
