Role Highlights:

  • Full-Time, Permanent Position.
  • Flexible Schedule: 37.5 hours across a 5-week rolling roster, including weekends.
  • Location: North Circular Road, Dublin 7.
  • Competitive Salary: €28,500, progressing to €29,295 post-probation.

Your Role:
As a Day Support Worker, you'll provide crucial in-the-moment support, ensuring safety and promoting positive mental health. You'll be instrumental in:

  • Implementing strategic goals alongside project/key workers.
  • Fostering trust and dignity with all service users.
  • Engaging in therapeutic and diversionary interventions.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and housing providers.
  • Managing medication regimes and healthcare appointments.
  • Handling daily operational duties and ensuring the safety of our facilities.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Passionate individuals with a relevant qualification (Level 5/6/7/8) and experience in similar settings.
  • A flexible, agile approach with a readiness to learn.
  • Experience in Health & Safety practices.
