Proudly serving the Naas community for close to 20 years, we are seeking a Deli Manager to join our team!
Not your average deli, we're seeking someone who is comfortable operating in a high level, fast paced environment under pressure, and has the leadership capabilities to lead, guide and nurture 15+ deli staff across multiple departments.
You won't be alone, joining a General Management Team of four, you will work closely with the General and Assistant Managers to deliver on performance KPIs to grow the deli to the next level!
Main purpose of the role:
Ensure the deli operates efficiently and effectively and provide our customers with the very best customer service and fresh food offering at all times in a clean, safe environment. To deliver on key deli targets (sales and profitability) through effective management of people and operation.
- 3+ years experience in a senior deli or kitchen role is necessary.
- Experience with bakery, hot food and pre-packaged food goods.
- HACCP training. We need someone who understands the importance of food safety and is always prepared for food safety auditors.
- Staff management, training and encouragement. We prefer a team leader who can encourage positivity while offering constructive feedback when needed. Upskilling existing staff and working efficiently to seize the day.
- Flexibility with working hours. We are a weekend business, but understand you have a life too.

Salary: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Experience:
- Senior Deli/Kitchen: 3 years (required)
