PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Directly managing staff by instructing, coordinating, communicating
and verifying daily activities.
- Responsible for area safety, yields, efficiency, output and product quality.
- Supervise, instruct, motivate, evaluate, praise and (if necessary) discipline staff
- Should ensure all materials are in place for production staff to ensure efficient production
- Should ensure paperwork is completed correctly at all times.
- Should promote a “First Time Right” culture on the production floor with food safety at the core of every decision and task.
- Closely monitor production processes ensuring product specifications are adhered to.
- Ensure care and proper operation of all equipment in areas of responsibility.
- Minimizing waste and promoting environmentally friendly practices at every level.
- Execute daily/weekly work schedules for staff.
- Track and analyse operations KPIs (labour standards, yields)
- Perform other related duties as required by the Production Manager
- Includes managing entire production shift when necessary.
- Participate in relevant meetings e.g. Production planning, Health & Safety.
- Identify, plan and implement the necessary training required for the team and individuals and provide cross training as required on all processes.
Salary: €38,000.00-€39,000.00 per year
