As part of the Archer team, you'll specialise in a particular technology field and be trusted with the responsibility to lead and manage the recruitment process for our partnered clients. You'll receive comprehensive training in recruitment practices, as well as industry-specific training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Have a natural ability to build and develop relationships.
  • Possess excellent communication skills & be fluent in English.
  • Based in Dublin/willing to relocate.
  • Have the ability to overcome objection and maintain a positive outlook.

Skills/Experience

  • Third level degree is beneficial.
  • 2 years’ experience in relevant roles (sales, insurance, management, finance, technology, customer retention, business development)
  • Experience dealing with targets, KPI’s and deadlines.
  • Possess competitiveness and resilience, coupled with genuine motivation for success.

Salary / Benefits

Basic Salary depending on experience + uncapped commission

Year 1 OTE EUR 41.5K

Year 2 OTE EUR 57K
