About the Role:
Responsibilities:

  • Managing the paperwork and documentation related to insurance policies, including any changes or additions (endorsements)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, brokers, and underwriters is essential for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Negotiation skills are important when discussing terms, pricing, and coverage options with brokers to meet their clients' needs while ensuring profitability for the insurer.
  • Timely and professional communication is crucial in addressing brokers' inquiries, requests, or concerns.
  • Building rapport and maintaining a positive relationship with brokers contributes to long-term partnerships and business success.
  • Ensuring all messages are recorded and communicated.
  • Assuming responsibility for project assignments.

Requirements:

  • CIP Qualification or working towards it
  • 1+ Year of Commercial Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel
  • Proactive, flexible, team orientated
  • Good interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment
