About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Managing the paperwork and documentation related to insurance policies, including any changes or additions (endorsements)
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, brokers, and underwriters is essential for effective communication and collaboration.
- Negotiation skills are important when discussing terms, pricing, and coverage options with brokers to meet their clients' needs while ensuring profitability for the insurer.
- Timely and professional communication is crucial in addressing brokers' inquiries, requests, or concerns.
- Building rapport and maintaining a positive relationship with brokers contributes to long-term partnerships and business success.
- Ensuring all messages are recorded and communicated.
- Assuming responsibility for project assignments.
Requirements:
- CIP Qualification or working towards it
- 1+ Year of Commercial Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel
- Proactive, flexible, team orientated
- Good interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a changing environment
