Join our team of skilled Retail, Sales, Pricing and Operations professionals who are dedicated to buying and selling the most diverse cars on the planet.

Requirements:
What to expect from a Pricing Analyst at VavaCars:

  • Price all used cars based brought to our purchase centers for the purpose of purchasing and then re-marketing to dealers through our online auction platform
  • Implement and develop our clearly defined pricing methodology for used cars pre and post inspection
  • Continuously monitor and reflect on our online pricing engine which consumers will access for their initial online quote by comparing market offers.
  • Continuously input into our inspection methodology and SOP to ensure our offer to the consumer always represents fair market value and resale value for us
  • Partner extensively with the dealer sales team to ensure we are able to re-sell cars to dealers and achieve our target volumes and margin per transaction
  • Conduct extensive research and price benchmarking to ensure our pricing offers meet the best customer offer and fair market value

What you will bring:

  • A builder; you have experience of building teams, building new processes and / or being a part of new initiatives or businesses with the purpose of making things better and challenging industry norms
  • You exhibit a “showing the way” attitude, you always lead by example
  • You are technically astute; you have the right technical qualifications from the right places, you must be highly data driven and deeply analytical
  • Ability to work and thrive in a growth focused and fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful, “think-on-your feet” person with drive, initiative, and a real commitment to getting the job done
  • Excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task multiple projects and initiatives effectively and prioritize work are essential
  • Highly capable of meeting strict deadlines in a high-pressure, ever-changing environment
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented and self-directed. Energetic, can-do attitude!
