Job Description:
L3Harris ISR and Strike Group (ISG) is searching for a motivated and energetic Program Manager (PM) to contribute to the success of the International Strategic Collection and Targeting Programs (SC&T) business unit. This position reports to the L3Harris Director of Operations supporting the Royal Saudi Air Force.
- Function as the point-of-contact between the Program Office, Functional Management, the Customer, subcontractors, cross-sector groups, and other stakeholders to coordinate efforts to ensure successful resolution of program issues.
- Responsible for briefing international customer and end user, as well as upper management, on all aspects of development aspects of the program.
- The PM directs the work of functional employees in the execution of the assigned projects while establishing and monitoring performance to schedules, plans and milestones. The selected individual must set the highest ethical standards for self and others.
- The PM will be responsible for developing and maintaining baselines for suppliers, ensuring these baselines support the overall program performance.
- The PM will also assist in developing and winning new business in cooperation with Business Development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
- Must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
Preferred Skills:
- Former USAF airborne ISR mission crew and instructor, specifically RC-135 and/or MC-12 experience.
- Previous experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) is preferred.
- Customer liaison experience preferred. Will interface with and present proposed solutions and progress updates to high-level customer representatives.
- Ability to develop customer specifications and correspondence related to new systems requirements.
- Proven team player with the ability to work effectively with others; has outstanding customer relationship skills and presents a professional appearance.
- Preferred experience with military ISR platforms and integration of highly complex sensor systems and ground networks.
- Must be able to support multiple efforts, changing priorities and can maintain professional behavior in high-pressure situations.
