Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet guests and present them with menus and specials of the day.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring orders are correct and presented neatly.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages.
- Clear tables after guests have finished their meals.
- Prepare itemized checks and handle transactions (cash, credit cards, or digital payments).
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and workstations.
- Assist in setting up the dining area, including arranging table settings and maintaining a tidy dining environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Provide information to guests about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Resolve any guest complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: ﷼2,600.00 - ﷼2,800.00 per month
