**Duties and responsibilities
into account the fluid mechanics of the process including the filter cake:
o Developing competence in fluid mechanics

  • Learning numerical methods and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
  • Learning to develop user-defined submodel for CFD simulations
  • Setting up models for multiphase CFD simulations
  • Performing and analyze multiphase CFD simulations
  • Developing reduced-order models based on CFD simulation results
  • Actively participating in project teams and scientific networks
  • Writing project reports and publish research in reputed journals
  • Presenting results at internal meetings at international conferences partners and

colleagues

**Requirements

  • A technical or natural scientific MS degree and interest in pursuing a PhD degree
  • Interest in performing research at the interface of basic science and industrial
  • Professional conduct and communication skills in dealing with international clients, partners
  • and colleagues
  • Interest and experience in performing top-level and target-oriented research at the interface
